Hi! I’m baking a naturally fermented sourdough made with whole wheat and rye flour. Slow fermentation makes it gut-friendly and easier to digest, while extra virgin olive oil and Himalayan salt add depth of flavor. With its crisp crust and tender crumb, it’s perfect for sandwiches or simply enjoyed warm on its own.
