At 5PM Artisan Bakery, I bake with just three things: organic flour, water, and salt. That’s all bread really needs.
Right now, I make only 10 loaves a day. My dream is to reach 250 loaves, but that depends on you. Each order helps this little bakery grow.
Here’s my rhythm:
(I cultivated my sourdough starter
during COVID, and I keep it going.)
• I start the dough after 5PM.
• I bake at 5AM next day.
• By :7:30AM, you have bread at’s fresh, warm, and alive, delivered to you.
I specialize in sourdough bread and bagels, and I’m bringing more French into the mix (yeast and butter will join). Starting January 2026, you’ll find croissants and other pastries for your morning coffee. Flaky, buttery, and better than frozen — I promise.
